Zoe Skates
We took the kids to open skating today at the ice rink. I should say that John took the kids because mommy couldn't do much but watch! Anyway, we have some video of Zoe skating for one of the first times. She loves it and it looks like I will have another skater taking lessons in September!

Mini-Mites Party
Today was the last day of J.T.'s first season of Mini-Mites. They had an award presentation and then family was allowed to join the kids on the ice. Zoe decided that she wanted to take part, so everyone got to have fun except mommy :( Oh well, I will get to go soon!

All-Star Fan Fest and Pre-game Party
We decided to make the trek to downtown Phoenix to partake in the All-Star festivities. Nothing like walking a few blocks when it is miserably hot outside! Oh well, the kids had a great time and there was lots of good food at the Pre-game Party!!
Fielding a grounder. Who says it has to be pretty?!?!?
Zoe finally taking a swing at the baseball
Getting ready to go inside Fan Fest
First stop of the day. Zoe didn't want to try this one.
He caught the ball, but the lady was standing in the way!
Here comes another one

33 weeks
I have been very bad at posting progression pictures for this pregnancy. Basically, because I don't like being pregnant and I don't like the way I look pregnant! I have decided to throw vanity out the window and post a few pictures of me at 33 weeks today. We had an ultrasound on Thursday because I was measuring small at my last appointment...yeah right...me have a small baby!!! Anyway, all was normal and the baby is measuring in at around 5 1/2 pounds, but could be 6 1/2. So, we are looking at around another 9 pound Drum baby with a HUGE head! That was one thing the ultrasound tech could tell us for sure...HUGE HEAD! Can anyone say OUCH!!
More Swimming Lessons
Here are a few videos from Zoe's third day of swimming lessons. It was like night and day from lesson 1 to lesson 3. Wish I could say the same for J.T., but he has somewhat regressed. Yesterday was a lot better, but still have tears and terror when we hit the water!

First Day of Swimming Lessons
Last night was our first night of swimming lessons and I was braced for everything. I told J.T., earlier in the day, that he had lessons that night and I got the water works right away. Zoe was pretty excited until we got there. I didn't expect much as J.T. always has tears and Zoe has never taken lessons before. Let's just say for the first day, it went pretty well!!
Getting ready to go in the pool...a few tears.
Took awhile, but she finally went it. John took it very easy with her.
Starting to get used to the water
Hi mommy and J.T.
This is okay
Doing our kicks
By the end of lessons, she was blowing bubbles
All done and now it is J.T.'s turn.
After our bought of tears in the morning, J.T. was actually pretty excited when it was his turn to swim. He got in the water fine and was pretty much okay until it was time for his teacher to actually take him out into the pool. Once he gets it through his head that he is not going to be dropped, he does okay.
Doing our Starfish float
Doing our head bobs
I am really not sure about this ice cream scoop thing
DO NOT LET GO!!!
